Good System and Excellent timely support.

Buying AST POS system was a good experience for me it saves time & money I love it to use AST POS in all my stores its so easy to use any one can use it. i would recommend to all restaurant owners if you dont have it yet buy it now. you wouldn't know how much it makes life easy until you have on. it was the best business decision I ever made.

Very Nice and convenient system.

I purchased a fairly popular POS about 2 years back. There were problems and problems within few weeks and it kept dying down on busy Friday nights. The support was OK but there were issues in software or whatever. I was so mad, frustrated and lost hope of having a POS. Then I came accross AST and since then, knock on the wood.. it never died on us for last 8 months. The screens are so easy and user friendly that my servers are happy to use it. Overall, I am a happy customer and would recommend to any pizzeria. Serving in Bay for 18 years.

When I first started out with you guys you were my first pos. I was excited about having a pos system. Then we came into all the problems. But as time has passed you software is awesome. I feel cofident about recommeding to other restaurant owners. The software is simple and any dummy can learn to use it. You guys have been great getting all the bugs out. Initially when we were looking around for POS for our Franchise run “Little Caesars Pizza”, we saw lots of the products out there, but we were not sure which one to go for. After talking to Naveen and his demo of product, we thought lets take the product and give it a shot. Now over one year, we have installed at all 4 locations and given him reference to as many 6 more Clients. Best thing which has happened is, he has never let us or them down in terms of quality of Service, performance or reliability. Now with a new software package we can remotely manage all our stores and run reports and track every single transaction from across the nation. I did look for a Point of Sale Systems for my restaurant for over a year....I went to Las Vegas to a food show, and they where 14 booths of POS systems...I spend a full day to checked all 14 out.... your system - software- they have features that I had found in 6 different systems combined all in one….That’s the good news…the bad news was that for the same amount of hardware ( the most inexpensive system that I found was $17.000.00 and the most expensive 23.800.00 and most of them where out of state ….then I found your company right in my back yard and you did everything for the Best Price …. I have the system now for over 6 months and I am VERY HAPPY THAT I CHOOSE YOU…..I would like to thank you for all your help and efforts to set me up and for your quick respond to the 1 small problem I had that time ….special thanks to Naveen for taking the time to explain everything in the beginning and helping me with all my questions…I would be happy to show and talk to any one personally how this system has make my business run like an organized operation….
